In a bizarre collaboration that challenges traditional forecasts, Ubisoft has announced an digital crossover between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the renowned anime series Attack on Titan. The surprising holiday event runs from November 25 through December 22, offering complimentary extra story content for Shadows players.

According to the formal announcement, "An unusual meeting pulls heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a original quest, where whispers of prohibited ceremonies and fearsome metamorphoses reverberate through the shadows." The narrative features a "strangely dressed woman named Ada" who assigns the duo with journeying into the Gemstone Grotto—a key location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her friend from a hidden cult.
The adventure concentrates on "bizarre experiments and a fearsome enemy" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.
Iconic Places and Metamorphoses
The trailer showcases the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This important location was earlier where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through ages. The teaser ends with a powerful sequence showing a character, probably the prisoner, morphing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
